I have sent a new invoice that has been stopped with the error message:
”This invoice batch contains an invoice with a new layout. You don´t have a mapping that can handle this layout.”
Either you have sent a new invoice that doesn’t have the same appearance as earlier, sometimes this happens along with updates in the invoicing system. Or someone may have made adjustments in the invoice layout, which results in that Pagero’s template no longer suits your invoice.
A field in your invoice might also have been dislocated which means that the information in your invoice doesn’t have the same placement as before.
