To correct and resend a document that has stopped in Pagero Online, follow these steps:
- Go to the page My documents -> Handle error documents (see image below)
- Select a document in the list by clicking on it. It’s also possible to search for a document using invoice number.
- If the document contains an error that is possible to correct, the red marked section in the image below will be visible. Here you can see which values that are wrong and supply new ones.
- When new values have been entered, click the ‘Resend document’ button.
